Due to the nature of scalp and hair care products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of fragrance, texture, or effect

  • Allergic reactions (results vary from person to person)

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded
