📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 business hours.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

  • We ship all orders using our logistics partner Shiprocket.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • You will receive tracking information via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

🌍 Service Locations

  • We currently ship Pan India (within India only).

  • Shipping to remote or less serviceable pin codes may take longer.

💳 Payment Terms

  • We accept Prepaid Orders Only.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

📫 Delivery Attempts

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions)

❌ Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be marked undeliverable if:

  • Incorrect address/contact details are provided

  • Customer is unavailable during delivery attempts
