4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are Prepaid Only.

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Orders are processed within 24 business hours.

  • Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Shiprocket courier partners

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

  • Tracking details are provided via email/SMS once dispatched

  • Delays may occur due to logistics or force majeure circumstances

6. Return, Exchange & Refund

  • No return or exchange policy is applicable due to hygiene and safety standards

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • You receive a damaged or incorrect product

    • Your order is cancelled before dispatch
